]]> We are proud to announce that our ARDAT colleagues from Work Package 4 have published a new paper in Molecular Therapy. The paper is a systematic review of the immunosuppressive protocols employed in 38 clinical trials and 35 real-world studies. A variety of different indications, vector types and treatment approaches were included. The review concludes the need for a deeper understanding of immunosuppressive regimens to enhance the safety and effectiveness of AAV-based gene therapy.
