Publishing in Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology

Our ARDAT colleagues have published in Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology. CRISPR-mediated gene activation (CRISPRa) encompasses a growing field of biotechnological approaches with exciting implications for gene therapy. The work presents a screening assay capable of identifying efficient single- and double sgRNAs through fluorescence quantification in vitro, while also delivering a cloning work flow for streamlined incorporation of selected smal guide RNA candidates into lentiviral (LVs) or adeno-associated viral vectors (AAVs). This work may assist in accelerating future developments of CRISPRa-focused applications. Further details about the publication can be accessed via the link.
